How long does it take to put together?
About 30 minutes for most people. Everything you need is in the box. Pour a drink, pick your photos and enjoy one cosy evening of building.
How long does delivery take?
We send your order within 2 working days. Delivery then takes about 8–12 working days to Europe, the UK, the US and Canada. Shipping is free on every order.
Will it arrive in time for my gift?
Your order usually arrives within 10–14 working days. To be safe, order at least 3 weeks before the big day. Working towards a special date? Email us at info@myminimuseum.com before you order and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days to send it back, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Email info@myminimuseum.com and we’ll help you with the next steps.
Do the spotlights need batteries?
Yes, and they’re already included. Your museum is ready to light up as soon as it arrives.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Send a photo of the damage and your order number to info@myminimuseum.com and we’ll make it right.
Can I hang it on the wall or put it on a shelf?
Both! Hang your museum on the wall as a little gallery of your favourite memories, or let it stand on a shelf, desk or bedside table where you’ll see it every day.
How big is the frame?
The frame measures [X × X × X cm] (width × height × depth). [Add the size of the Closed Frame and Open Frame if they differ.]
How do I attach everything?
Any hobby glue will do. Use a small dot to attach your photos, mini frames and mini figures. No special tools needed.
